Ports Project racks up an astonishing $9M in admin cost!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- As the public and perhaps tax payers try to come to grip with the announcement in a statement on January 25, 2016 by the Minister for Communications and Works Honourable Mark H. Vanterpool (R4) that to date the controversial Ports Development Project has cost $82.9 million, one of the breakdowns that has caught many by surprise is the administrative cost of the project.
