John Boukemp wins ‘fully loaded’ Hyundai Tucson

KINGSTON, Tortola, VI – Cedar International School has partnered with Tortola Auto Group and Nagico Insurances for the launch of its second annual Grand Raffle to raise funds for the school’s Scholarship Fund meant to increase access to families who are less able to afford the school’s tuition fees.
