Fahie began his presentation of his annual First District Report at the Capoon’s Bay Recreational Grounds on January 23, 2016 by playing a tape of a speech he made during the 2015 elections campaign in which he called out the National Democratic Party (NDP) for its lack of transparency and perceived financial mismanagement and had warned voters against returning the NDP to power.
