JVD 'suffering' without Govt backhoe- Residents

GREAT HARBOUR, Jost van Dyke, VI - Persons on Jost van Dyke are alleging that a number of goats have been poisoned in a bid to stop the domesticated animals from foraging on the nearby islands of Big Tobago and Little Tobago and disrupting conservation programmes.
