Another case of injustice suffered by locals doing business in homeland

SLANEY, Tortola, VI- His father was Mr Wilfred W. Smith who is considered a national hero as he was alongside Mr Noel Lloyd and the Positive Action Movement in the struggle to return Wickham’s Cay to the people of the Virgin Islands.
Another local project stopped while Gov’t breaks planning laws!
SLANEY, Tortola, VI- While the ruling National Democratic Party (NDP) regime of Premier and Minister of Planning Dr The Honourable D. Orlando Smith continues to be accused by the media, Town and Country Planning (TCP) and civil society of recklessly breaking the laws with its disregard for the Planning Act, it appears also that undue pressure is being placed on many local developers to comply with the same Act.
