FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI — Alejandro Marva-Romero, 32, of Venezuela, pleaded guilty on Wednesday September 14, 2016 in federal court in the US Virgin Islands to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, United States Attorney Ronald W. Sharpe announced.
