ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - T’Shonda Dore suffers from scoliosis (curvature in the spine) which threatens to damage one of her lungs if surgery is not done soon. And while the child can only be treated with pain killers by the local Peebles Hospital it wouldn’t be enough for her to sit a full day in school.
