ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Commonwealth Observer Mission here for the 2015 national elections have made a number of findings related to issues of campaign financing, the caustic nature of the political campaign and the perception of ballot tampering as a result of the failure by some Returning Officers to follow correct procedures.
