Pending amendment to Fisheries Act angers residents
THE SETTLEMENT, Anegada, VI – Some residents of the Virgin Islands, especially in the Ninth District, are said to be sitting very uncomfortable with what they said is an attempt by the National Democratic Party (NDP) government, in particular the Minister for Natural Resources and Labour Dr The Hon Kedrick D.
