The incident saw him lose a leg and has left him with a major scar on his stomach due to the operation he had to undergo to remove bullets and repair internal damages.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Businessman Terry D. Smith, who survived an apparent execution attempt on April 23, 2015 on Flemming Street in Road Town, Tortola, was today May 1, 2015 placed before the Magistrate's Court on charges of alleged firearm and ammunition possession.
