'I am running for the 9th district again' - Dr. Hubert O'Neal
VALLEY, Virgin Gorda, VI – Dr Hubert O’Neal who ran four times (1999, 2003, 2007, 2011) and lost to represent the people of the 9th district which include Virgin Gorda and Anegada told Virgin Islands News Online in an exclusive interview on December 1, 2014 that he will be running again.

O’Neal OBE, says he is always reachable by telephone and that his office in Virgin Gorda is always opened as scheduled therefore the recent claim by a caller to an NDP Radio programme that he was not getting representation was mischievous.
