ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Following months of agonising legal woes, former legislator Irene F. Penn-O’Neal and her daughter Zubida O'Neal and daughter’s boyfriend Shameek Grant walked out of the courtroom as free persons.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Another police officer, Keishon Leslie has testified that Mrs Irene F. Penn-O’Neal from the onset maintained that she had no knowledge of guns and ammunition found in her home in the early morning hours of October 24, 2014.
Cordel A. E. O’Neal sentenced to 7 years 10 months
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Cordel A. E. O'Neal, 29, was this afternoon March 16, 2015 sentenced to a total of 7 years 10 months for the charges of unlicenced firearm, possession of explosives and possession of a prohibited weapon.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – This morning December 5, 2014 as was scheduled Irene Penn O’Neal, 55, Zubida O’Neal, 21 and Cordell O’Neal, 29 were all present at the Magistrate’s Court to answer charges of unlawful possession of firearms. However they never made it into the court room.
