ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Following the recent publication of the case against an inmate at Her Majesty’s Prison (HMP) a local businessman expressed his disgust at the news noting that the Superintendent of Prison Mr. David Foot needed to launch an investigation to determine how come no one knew of a ‘Ganja’ farm on the premises.
