Javier Maduro guilty of reckless driving
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Javier Maduro was today November 21, 2014 sentenced by Justice Nicole Byer in the High Court to nine months suspended for 1 year and fined $950 to be paid in two weeks or face six months imprisonment for reckless driving during which he caused serious injuries to Asiyah Mahoney.
