Patsy C. Lake is new VI Horse Owners’ Association President
SEA COWS BAY, Tortola, VI- In an election on December 15, 2015 at Ellis Thomas Downs that saw a small turn out of horse owners and the absence of some members who were nominated and reelected, veteran horse owner, businesswomen, and local heroine, Mrs Patsy C. Lake, was elected President of the VI Horse Owners’ Association to serve for the 2016 term.
Karen B. Aaron re-elected VI Horse Owners Assoc. President
SEA COWS BAY, Tortola, VI – President of the VI Horse Owners Association, Mrs. Karen B. Aaron, was re-elected when the organisation held elections on December 19, 2013 along with most of the executive that had previously been in place.
