Another election day will soon be here and one of the many concerns of a large per cent of the residents, especially on Tortola, is that of water and the name Bi-Water always comes up.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Representative for the Fifth District Honourable Dolores Christopher yesterday December 15, 2014 during the budget debates said that the Bi-Water deal signed under the previous Virgin Islands Party administration is worse than the Batehill deal and that the company is holding the country hostage.
