ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Frankie Alphonso, the heavy duty equipment operator who was hospitalised after suffering electric shocks when the machinery he was operating reportedly came into contact with lives wires on Saturday July 20, 2013 is out of hospital and has extended gratitude to the person who first rushed to his assistance.
