RVIPF clamping down on unlicensed & uninsured motorists in December
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) is reminding the motoring public that it is illegal to operate a vehicle that is unlicensed and uninsured on any public road.
