Foot to join HMP in Dec. 2013; Gregg & Percival promoted
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Deputy Secretary (Ag.) in the Ministry for Education and Culture Mrs Prudence Mathavious has confirmed to Virgin Islands News Online that recently appointed Superintendent of Prisons, Mr David Foot will take up his leadership position at Her Majesty’s Prison (HMP) in Balsam Ghut in December.
