ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The Town and Country Planning Department in collaboration with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Labour, held its first session of the ‘EnVIsion 2040’, which seeks to engage the input of the Virgin Islands (VI) community in helping to improve and enhance the territory by the year 2040.
