ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Seven Team Virgin Islands Optimist sailors from the Royal BVI Yacht Club travelled to compete in the 2017 Crucian Open at the St Croix Yacht Club, from February 18-19, 2017.
VI sailors compete in Orange Bowl Regatta in Miami
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI-Three Team VI Sailors wrapped up 2016 with a trip to Miami to race in the 2016 Orange Bowl Regatta. The first two days of racing saw light winds from 5-10 knots. The third day of racing was cancelled but the final day of racing had stronger winds from 14-18 knots to close out the regatta.

CHRISTIANSTED, St Croix, USVI - Seven Optimist sailors from the Royal BVI Yacht Club traveled to St Croix, US Virgin Islands last weekend, April 19 and 20, 2016, to compete in the 2016 St Croix Yacht Club Crucian Open with all four of the championship fleet sailors achieving podium finishes in their divisions.
