ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Recaptured fugitive Jose Almestica of the US Virgin Islands and his girlfriend, Sea Cows Bay resident Jennifer Smith, were both ordered to be remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison in Balsam Ghut following their virtual court appearance before Senior Magistrate Tamia N. Richards on Thursday, December 9, 2021.
