ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The People of the Virgin Islands (VI) have been urged to unite and bring an end to the epidemic of chronic non-communicable diseases as the Territory observes Caribbean Wellness Day 2021, today, September 11, 2021.

DUFF'S BOTTOM, Tortola, VI - Chronic diseases, which according to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) includes illnesses like heart disease, some cancers and diabetes, have been categorised as significant health issues in the Virgin Islands (VI). This is according to Minister for Health and Social Development, Hon Carvin Malone (AL).
