Elinah Phillip captures 2 silver medals @ Carifta Swim Meet in Jamaica

ST ANDREW, Kingston, Jamaica- While the track and field athletes from the Virgin Islands were only able to pick up a bronze medal at the 47th Flow Carifta Games in The Bahamas over the Easter weekend, swimmer Elinah Phillip has managed to pick up two silver medals at the ongoing Carifta Swimming Championships in Jamaica.
