Former legislator begs Gov't to help complete Heritage Dancers’ building
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Money donated to the Heritage Dancers group was used some 20 years ago, after securing a piece of land, to start a building for the group to comfortably conduct cultural activities. Two decades later; however, the building remains incomplete.
