USVI records 30 New COVID-19 cases on Friday; 52 in two days

STT man accused of coercing, raping minor on several occasions

CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI— On Thursday, April 30, 2020, at 8:18pm, police arrested Timothy Brewer, age 32 of Smith Bay, St Thomas, US Virgin Islands (USVI) and charged him with first-degree rape and unlawful sexual contact after allegedly coercing a female minor to engage in sexual acts on several occasions.
