ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Host of the weekly programme, Umoja, Cromwell Smith on ZBVI 780 AM, spoke out on just what he thinks of the territory entering trade deals with the Chinese, saying the territory can trade tourism and financial services while the Chinese trade goods; however, they cannot be allowed to come to set up manufacturing plants or to compete unfairly with locals.
