Four vying for Miss BVI 2023 crown
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Four delegates from the Virgin Islands (VI) will be vying for the 2023 Miss BVI crown, when the show goes down this year for the first time at the start of the 2023 August festival activities in the territory.
