Defendants fume at long delays in court hearings
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Continued delays in several hearings before the civil and criminal courts in the Virgin Islands have left several defendants fuming at the length of time with which the justice system is taking to process their matters, even as they remain incarcerated.

UPDATE: Accident victim rejects Govt’s offer of compensation
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Mr Alrick Gilbert is rejecting the offer of compensation being put to him by Government for damages to his vehicle following an accident on August 18, 2010 involving a police vehicle.
