Opposition leader calls for constitutional changes, supports a Tourism Minister
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Leader of the Opposition Hon. Ralph T. O’Neal OBE and his then Government of the Virgin Islands Party (VIP) administration had lobbied to have constitutional changes for a sixth ministry, and today he is calling for such changes and is pleased to see the current Government of the National Democratic Party (NDP) has taken up the idea of having a sixth minister - a Minister for Tourism.
