Dead horse @ race track creates a stink for SCB residents

SEA COW’S BAY, Tortola, VI – In a horrible mishap, a horse has met its demise on the infield of Ellis Thomas Downs in Sea Cow’s Bay (SCB) after it fell into an open well and died some days ago and as a result the neighbourhood is contaminated with the fumes of the animal’s decomposing carcass.

Horse Owners in full support of microchip for horses!
