RVIPF confirms De La Rosa arrested in New York in relation to local murder

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) in a press release today March 22, 2014 confirmed the arrest of Alberto Rosa De La Rosa (also known as Pi-yoyo) in relation to the killing of Riky Dennis Bautista Familia that occurred in Sea Cows Bay on the night of Friday, November 16, 2012.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Roro Eduorne and Renold Plasimond, the men who jurors returned a unanimous guilty verdict on in the High Court on November 5, 2012 on all counts of manslaughter and smuggling of migrants were today sentenced to 10 years and 6 years total jail time respectively by Justice Albert Redhead.
