ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - A woman who is originally from the Dominican Republic was before the Magistrate's Court on May 17, 2016 facing charges of common assault, assaulting a Police Officer and use of threatening language.
Bar fight: Man in court for kicking woman in lower back
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Virtual Complainant in the Leslie Lettsome common assault complaint, Anastacia E. Penn yesterday May 12, 2016 told the Magistrate's Court that she was the victim of a brutal kick to the lower back by the defendant whom she said she lightly tapped on his shoulder.
