$97K contract signed to return old CTL Building to original design
PASEA ESTATE, Tortola, VI- With Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS) students and teachers, who have been occupying the Old Clarence Thomas Limited (CTL) Building in Pasea Estate to return to the main campus in Road Town on completion of the new buildings there, a contract has been signed to return the Old CTL Building to its original configuration.
April T. Glasgow appointed Community Liaison Officer @ RDA

FISH BAY, Tortola, VI- When the Fish Bay Road on Tortola reopens on Tuesday morning, June 7, 2022, motorists will be enjoying a smoother and less dusty drive through that business community. Additionally, the road is not expected to flood so easily when it rains.
