Orlando Smith presented his 2015 $311 million budget to the House of Assembly.
‘Bi-Water is worse than Batehill deal!’ – Hon Delores Christopher
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Representative for the Fifth District Honourable Dolores Christopher yesterday December 15, 2014 during the budget debates said that the Bi-Water deal signed under the previous Virgin Islands Party administration is worse than the Batehill deal and that the company is holding the country hostage.
