Elcock, 47, of St Croix, US Virgin Islands (USVI) was sentenced Tuesday, September 10, 2019 for six counts of production of child pornography, two counts of aggravated first-degree rape, and one count of possession of child pornography, United States Attorney Gretchen C.F.
