The fingers have been pointed to Governor William B. McCleary, Cabinet and the House of Assembly (HOA).

Dr Kedrick Pickering following the latter’s charges aimed at Georges during the recent sitting of the House of Assembly.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Complaints Commissioner Elton Georges has not sought to hammer Deputy Premier and Minister for Natural Resources and Labour, Dr the Honourable kedrick Pickering, for bashing him in the House of Assembly on December 17, 2012 but has instead hit out at successive Governments for failing to appoint the key body of the Labour Code, 2010 for final dispute resolution: the Arbitral Tribunal.
News media important in face of inaction from Govt - Complaints Commissioner
