Phillip to compete at Carifta Swim Championship
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Virgin Islands swimmer and Rio Olympian Elinah Phillip will be representing the territory at the 2017 Carifta Swimming Championships, being held in Nassau, The Bahamas, beginning Saturday April 15, 2017, and hosted by the Bahamas Swimming Federation.
