Kevin Greaves not getting back $13K
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – On Friday December 5, 2014 Attorney at Law Mr Stephen R. Daniels representing Mr Kevin Greaves asked the court to pardon his absences as he was believed to have been delayed in travelling from St Thomas, United States Virgin Islands (USVI) but he was in total disagreement with the decision not to have the Crown return in excess of $13k to his client.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – After being convicted in 2010 and sentenced to five years in prison, in the justice system’s record at present Mr Craig L. Stoddard’s file has been wiped cleaned after the Appeal Court during the most recent sitting found that he was wrongfully implicated in a 2007 robbery.
‘Time served!’ - Elroy G. OKeiffe freed
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Following deliberation which concluded in the Court of Appeal on Friday October 3, 2014 it was ruled that Elroy G. OKeiffe should be freed as the court agreed with his attorney Mr Richard G. Rowe that his client’s time spent in prison sufficed for the charges he had pleaded guilty to.
Court of Appeal rules against re-trial for Anderson
