$15k bail for Horse Path man allegedly found with Cannabis
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- A resident of Horse Path has been slapped with $15,000 bail after being charged by the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) for alleged Cannabis related offenses.
