Case dismissed against 3 in multi-million $ matter
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Magistrate Dr. Velon L. John was left with no recourse but to dismiss today November 5, 2014 the case against three of the men implicated in the 2012 multi-million dollar drug bust which saw them walking free.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – While they were granted bail on October 24, 2014 it was only today October 27, 2014 that Jomo Jack, Gerry Freeman and Hugh Erickson were seen by the news site leaving the Magistrate’s Court exercising their bail liberties.
