Party planned for VI’s top horses!

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – A fundraiser is being planned for three of the Virgin Islands’ (VI) top horses on June 2, 2012 at Ellis Thomas Downs, disclosed Virgin Islanders Horse Owners’ Association President Lesmore Smith, and the monies will go towards the upkeep of the track as well as for paying out the purses.
