ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Manslaughter accused Alberto Rosa De La Rosa made his first appearance in the Magistrates Court of the Virgin Islands Today July 11, 2014 before Magistrate Ayana Baptiste-DaBreo following his extradition from the United States.
