Stephens sets Territory’s 3rd fastest century of all time
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – A rather subdued and cold Saturday evening February 22, 2014 on the A.O. Shirley Grounds was warmed up and enlivened by the performance of Fast Lane Track Club’s Shaquoy Stephens who ran the fastest 100m time ever recorded by a home-based athlete to highlight the 9th BVI Athletics Association Development Series meet.
