ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- After failing to reach the final of the 2015 Hon Julian Fraser Save the Seed Basketball Tournament, the Steve E. Parillon led Bayside Blazers ‘Super Team’ rebounded to win the 2016 K&J Basketball Tournament by beating the Ray D. Victor led We Dem Boys in an exciting final at the Multi-Purpose Sports Complex on Sunday April 3, 2016.
