ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Following reports of a number of funding and resources challenges at the local H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC), the institution will now get $100,000 added annually to its coffers, in addition to a $200,000 annual commitment from the Government of the Virgin Islands under the 'Back to the Sea' initiative.
