Dr Karl Dawson blasts Govt for poor financing of HLSCC

PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI – The National Democratic Party (NDP) led government continues to be blasted for its poor approach in funding tertiary education in the Virgin Islands and President and Chief Executive Officer of the H.
