Norval A. Young off to Haiti
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – BVIFA Referee Norval A. Young has been selected by the Caribbean Football Union as one of the Match Officials for the upcoming Club Championships in Haiti, which feature 13 of the Region’s top Club sides in a knockout Tournament.
