ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Following the FIFA Ethics Committee’s decision to give an 18 month ban from all soccer related activity to Mrs. Franka Pickering, the BVI Football Association (BVIFA) has announced the receipt and acceptance of a letter of resignation from her yesterday October 18, 2011, as President of the Association.
