Fahie, to a circular that was sent out by the Department of Education captioned ‘Visitation, Donations and Non-school sponsored events’. This apparently prompted Chief Education Officer (ag.) Mrs. Jillian M. Douglas-Phillip to subsequently issue a public apology.
