VALLEY, Virgin Gorda, VI- After spending the weekend as a fugitive, Olanzo Dore, who escaped lawful custody while a prisoner on Friday April 28, 2017 has turned himself in to police.

BALSAM GHUT, Tortola, VI- It was sometime after 4:00 PM on March 21, 2017 that inmate Treh Williams was found unconscious in his cell at the state-owned penitentiary at Balsam Ghut on the main island of Tortola.
